Summary

Congrats to all involved in a busy week, with pre-season announcements from NRLW and post-season news across the summer codes.

Deal of the Week goes to CommBank and Football Australia for the expansion of their partnership to include the CommBank Socceroos and other major assets.

Banking is the third largest sponsorship category, making up 4% of all investment. The Big Four banks tend to focus on national properties, and the category generally skews towards Women’s properties and venues.

The category has grown in recent months, thanks to Bank of Queensland x Queensland Reds, Greater Bank x Illawarra Hawks, Judo Bank x SE Melbourne Phoenix, amongst others.
